Info

A Rohingya refugee suspected of having diphtheria is treated at a Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) clinic near Balu Khali camp. MSF has treated more than 2,000 suspected cases of the rare contagious bacterial infection since the end of December. Most of the refugees haven’t been vaccinated for diseases making medical staff fearful of a major outbreak in the cramped and unsanitary camps.
